Walla Walla is also effected by Hurricane Katrina.
Not only by the rising of gas prices or by the talk of the town of the destruction that happend in New Orleans. Walla Walla is closely effected by it because, if you don't personally know someone effected by the hurricane yet, it would be very possible someone you know knows someone that is closely effected.
I have just found out that a "friend" I met at a recent webmaster conference in New Orleans is OK and She and her family evacuated prior to the storm. Even with having left prior to much of the devistation, it doesn't make the though ...
