New at PMA Walla Walla, is a Non Classical Gung Fu class, taught by Master Instructor Steve Smith.
Non Classical Gung Fu is a self-defense system developed by Jesse Glover (Bruce Lee's first Student), who took what he was taught by Bruce and refining it to it's basic and effective techniques.
Classes as taught in Jesse Glover’s Method are now available and taught by Steve Smith Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12 to 1. Members of Premier Martial Arts entered their first ever tournament. Five PMA students and members of the Demonstration Team went to Spokane, WA for the IEMAT(Inland Empire Martial Arts Tournament) to compete. Each of the five members that went to compete brought home a trophy to Walla Walla.
With the dedication of champions and the tireless coaching by Ma'am, Sir, Mr. and Mrs Osorio and all the Staff at Steve Smith's Premier Martial Arts these Kids have done it!
Representing PMA Walla Walla in different age/experience divisions these kids were all able to bring something home.

As a certified personal trainer and editor of a popular fitness site, FitnessGear101.com, I've heard every excuse in the book when it comes to why people don't exercise. However, the one that takes the, pardon-my-pun, "fitness cake" is lack of time.
A day doesn't go by without one of my clients professing that they simply don't have time for exercise. Well, I've seen people who want to loose weight badly enough.
