The Little Dojo will be starting its BCS Self Defense class beginning Tuesday April 7, 2009.
If you would like attend or to refer a friend to this class you are welcome to do so. It is called the BCS Self Protection Course. It is a 2 month course meeting two times per week for 55 minutes Tuesday and Thursday Evenings from 5:30 to 6:30. The course investment is $295 for both months or $169 for just the first month. Participants will enjoy the class regardless of previous experience or physical conditioning.

Steve Smith - Master Instructor at PMA Walla Walla and The Little Dojo is developing a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) team to compete in local or regional MMA sanctioned fighting events.
Sifu Steve Smith helped train and prepare Kalem Klinefelter for his first MMA fight that was held at the Walla Walla Community College's Dietrich Dome.

Working out can be, well, so much work. Nowadays our lives are so filled up with work and family and responsibilities - we’re lucky we have time to eat. We’re active in so many ways except in ways that keep us healthy.
