Group appeals Illahee ruling

A local citizen's group has appealed a recent environmental decision on a proposed resort and housing development east of the city of Walla Walla.
The appeal by Walla Walla 2020 challenges the recent ruling by Walla Walla County Community Development Director Scott Revell that the Illahee project will not require an environmental impact statement.
