Key Technology Hires John Boutsikaris as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
WALLA WALLA, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 11, 2005--Key Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq:KTEC) today announced the appointment of John Boutsikaris as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this position, Boutsikaris will be responsible for developing and leading strategic worldwide sales and marketing activities for Key's products. He will report to Kirk Morton, President and CEO of Key Technology.
Boutsikaris joins Key with more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing management in both domestic and international markets. Most recently, Boutsikaris served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Pemstar Corporation, a $700 million contract manufacturing company. Previously, he spent 27 years with Agilent Technologies/Hewlett-Packard in a variety of sales and channel management roles. Boutsikaris has a proven track record of developing direct and indirect sales channels, resulting in significant revenue growth and improved operational efficiencies.
