Free "Complaint Free bracelets" are available at Unity Church of Peace. Unity is supporting the movement launched by the folks at www.acomplaintfreeworld.org. People are encouraged to wear the bracelet and move the bracelet to the other arm every time you complain, gossip or criticize. Keep moving the bracelet from wrist-to-wrist until you keep it on the same arm 21 consecutive days. The effort not to complain is important because when we complain, we draw to us negative things because we put out negative energy. Therefore, one of the most important things we can do is to learn not to complain.
