Balloons, Wineries and History

Balloon Stampede is coming and Walla Walla offers much more than Balloons.

If your visiting Walla Walla for the Balloons or you are an area resident, you can't help but notice the buzz from the Hot Air Balloons.

The Balloons will hopefully enjoy beautiful weather so that they will be able to have many successful launches. There is a wonderful schedule of activities that revolve around the stampede, but while your visiting or have visitors in your house make sure you get the full tour of Walla Walla.

Walla Walla just finished another Wine Weekend where local wineries opened bottles for thousands of people walking the streets to taste this years release of wine from our local wineries. Many of the wineries will also be open for visitors and some tasting for Balloon Stampede Weekend also.

Whitman Mission, Fort Walla Walla, The Marcus Whitman Hotel and Down Town represent just some of the history that abides in the area.
