But if you yourself suffer from food allergies, then you know firsthand the challenges of avoiding one or many kinds of foods, particularly in a society of refined food products that may often include all of the items you are allergic to even in a case where this seems unl ...

Utopian Travel from Beaverton Oregon is receiving complaints about high pressured sales and false statements about potential savings from the memberships.
The state Attorney General's Office said it has launched an investigation.
Customers of Utopian Travel say they received savvy, pressured sales pitches for memberships starting at $11,000. Nine customers, some paying negotiated prices of as much as $4,500, told The Oregonian that they soon found the club offered no significant savings and asked for a refund but were refused. Living in the fast lane often involves an extreme enthusiasm for car culture and a real desire to be in the driver’s seat, going for the adrenaline rush that only driving at 250 miles per hour can give. This is my life, a life set behind the wheel and a desire to cross the finish line in my retirement from my 9 to 5 working life. So how did I get so interested in Cars and Car Culture? It all began at the age of 12, when I first tried driving – on my Dad’s lap of course, but the feeling of being in control of the car was amazing! Just For Fun
Free "Complaint Free bracelets" are available at Unity Church of Peace. Unity is supporting the movement launched by the folks at www.acomplaintfreeworld.org. People are encouraged to wear the bracelet and move the bracelet to the other arm every time you complain, gossip or criticize. Keep moving the bracelet from wrist-to-wrist until you keep it on the same arm 21 consecutive days. The effort not to complain is important because when we complain, we draw to us negative things because we put out negative energy. Therefore, one of the most important things we can do is to learn not to com ...

Mary Baker, owner of Dover Canyon Winery in Paso Robles, California has been tracking a "client" who place a big order that didn't pass the smell test.
Her [a href='http://dovercanyon.typepad.com/dover_canyon/' target='_blank'>blog on wine scams[/a> is informational and fun reading. As an author and publisher, I've had this same kind of scammer approach me over the internet, promising a big purchase if I just followed some simple steps (it smelled a bit funny, so I didn't fall for it.)
The scammers are staying awake at night trying to figure out how to bilk you. Take a few moments to ...
